The route is simple. Head south on the A34 from Cheadle, passing through Handforth, and you will arrive in Wilmslow within minutes. It is one of the most straightforward drives you could ask for — a single road that takes you virtually door to door. If you are coming from Cheadle Hulme, you can pick up the A34 at the Cheadle roundabout or take the slightly more scenic route through Bramhall and then into Wilmslow.

There is plenty of free parking on Nursery Lane and the surrounding streets, so you will never need to worry about meters or time limits. My practice is in a quiet, residential setting that feels worlds away from the busy high street — a calm space where you can leave the outside world behind for an hour and focus entirely on yourself.

For those who prefer not to drive, or if the journey is ever inconvenient, I also offer fully effective online sessions via Zoom. Some of my Cheadle clients use online sessions exclusively, while others alternate between clinic and online appointments depending on their week.

How I Work

What sets my practice apart is the breadth and depth of my training. I do not rely on a single therapeutic approach. Instead, I combine three powerful and complementary techniques — clinical hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) — and I tailor the blend to suit each individual client.
